### **ON-SITE THRONE CHAIR RENTAL POLICY**
**1. Rental Agreement**
   - By renting a throne chair, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
   - Any payment shall act as signature and agreement to the chair rental policies outlined here-in. Please refrain from any payment if you do not agree to abide by the policies outlined for rental. 
   - Full payment of security deposit and rental cost is required before the delivery or pick-up of the throne chair(s).
**2. Rental Duration**
   - Standard rental duration is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   - Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods.
**3. Reservation and Payment**
   - A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to secure the reservation.
   - The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the event date.
   - Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
**4. Delivery and Pick-Up**
   - Delivery and pick-up services are available for an additional fee based on location.
   - Delivery includes the setup of the throne chair(s) at the designated location.
   - The renter is responsible for ensuring the area is accessible and clear for delivery and setup.
   - Any delays caused by inaccessible locations may result in additional charges.
**5. Usage Guidelines**
   - Throne chairs are for decorative purposes and limited seating only.
   - Chairs must be used on flat, stable surfaces, and should not be placed outdoors in inclement weather.
   - The renter is responsible for ensuring that guests use the chairs appropriately. 
   - No food, drinks, or smoking is permitted on or near the throne chairs.
**6. Damage and Loss**
   - The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the throne chair(s) during the rental period.
   - Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to the renter.
   - The renter may be required to provide a security deposit, which will be refunded after the rental period, minus any applicable charges for damage or loss.
**7. Cancellation Policy**
   - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
   - Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit all payments made.
**8. Liability**
   - CHIMA™ Events is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of the throne chair rental.
   - The renter agrees to indemnify and hold CHIMA™ Events harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the throne chairs.
**9. Inspection**
   - The renter is encouraged to inspect the throne chair(s) upon delivery.
   - Any concerns or damages should be reported immediately to CHIMA™ Events.
**10. Cleaning**
   - Throne chairs must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
   - A cleaning fee may be applied if chairs are returned dirty or stained.
**11. Miscellaneous**
   - Throne chair rentals are subject to availability.
   - CHIMA™ Events reserves the right to substitute similar items if the requested throne chair(s) are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

   - The throne chair rental is for the duration of the event booked within our venue, not exceeding the venue rental time.
   - Extensions beyond the agreed event time may result in additional charges.
**3. Reservation and Payment**
   - A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to secure the throne chair for your event.
   - The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event start time.
   - Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in forfeiture of the reservation and the deposit.
**4. Setup and Placement**
   - Throne chairs will be set up by our staff at the designated location within the venue.
   - Customers are responsible for confirming the desired placement during the event planning process.
   - Once placed, throne chairs cannot be moved without staff assistance to prevent damage.

   - Throne chairs are intended for limited seating and decorative purposes only.
   - They must be used responsibly to avoid damage; no standing or rough use is permitted.
   - No food, drinks, or smoking is allowed near the throne chairs.
